Job Purpose

We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our agency’s commercial strategy and drive sustainable business growth. As a premier 360-degree marketing agency, we deliver end-to-end creative, digital, media, and production solutions. The CCO will own the revenue pipeline, spearhead new business development, nurture marquee client partnerships, and align our internal services to maximize profitability and market share.
Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Ownership

* Design and execute a scalable commercial roadmap to achieve ambitious agency revenue and profitability targets.
* Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on recent market opportunities, emerging brand segments, and service offerings.
* Oversee agency pricing strategies, scoping models,



and contract negotiations to protect profit margins.
* Review integrated revenue metrics and pitch data to pivot strategy based on real-time market performance.

2. 360-Degree Business Development & Pitting

* Lead the high-stakes pitching process for enterprise-level clients, bringing together creative, strategy, and media teams.
* Build and scale a high-velocity sales pipeline targetting global and local brands across industries.
* Forge strategic alliances with external tech platforms, media networks, and production partners.

3. Client Relationship & Account Growth Management

* Guide the client retention strategy, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term lifetime value.
* Establish upselling and cross-selling structures to transition single-project accounts into integrated 360-degree retainer accounts.
* Act as the ultimate escalation point and executive sponsor for high-value client relationships.
