Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Surat. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings and models, and coordinating detailed architectural design documentation for a variety of government, corporate, commercial, and residential projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with engineers, planners, and interior designers, reviewing project requirements, and ensuring designs comply with building codes,



safety standards, and client specifications. The role involves participating in project meetings, supporting project planning and scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and consultants during execution. The Architect will also support integration of design solutions across disciplines, contribute to quality control of drawings and documents, and assist in site visits and inspections as required.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and preparation of design and construction drawings.
Design thinking skills to pro actively think of different and creative design ideas and meathods.
Ability to collaborate on Project Management activities such as timeline planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring design deliverables.
