Role Description This is a full-time, in office Podcast Editor role based in Mumbai. The Podcast Editor will be responsible for editing and mixing podcast audio, ensuring clear sound quality,



balanced levels, and smooth transitions. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw recordings, removing errors and filler content, adding intros, outros, music, and sound effects, and aligning episodes with brand and editorial guidelines. The role involves collaborating with producers, hosts, and marketing teams to shape episode structure, meet publishing deadlines, and optimize content for various audio platforms. The Podcast Editor will also manage file naming, archiving, and version control, while maintaining consistency across episodes and series.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess audio editing and mixing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Audition, Pro Tools, Reaper, or similar DAWs).
