Role Description The Placement Coordinator at GrowEasy? will work full time in office in Noida, supporting learners through the entire placement journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, coordinating interviews and placement drives, and matching student profiles with suitable opportunities. The role involves guiding learners on resume preparation, interview readiness,



and professional communication, as well as collecting and sharing feedback from recruiters. The Placement Coordinator will track placement metrics, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the education and training team to align program content with current market needs. This position requires active engagement with students and employers to ensure a smooth and effective placement process.
