Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of projects within the Mainframe IMS environment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilize robust Mainframe IMS System Programming knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.
Develop and implement best practices for delivery management,



focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Mainframe IMS System Programming.
Proven experience in delivery management within a technical environment.
