About the Role
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, highly organised and proactive Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Co-Founders and help build and scale Adler & Pfau’s operations.

You’ll work closely with the Founders across business operations, partnerships, research, project management, communication and special initiatives — taking ideas from “we should do this” to “it’s done.”
One day you might research a new business opportunity or prepare for a meeting with a potential partner. The next,



you could be coordinating with our German team, following up with stakeholders, preparing presentations, organising a project or solving an operational problem.
We are a young, international and fast-moving company. Priorities can change quickly, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, learns rapid and enjoys figuring things out.
Most importantly, we need someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
What You’ll Work On
Support the Founder on high-priority projects, turning ideas and discussions into concrete actions and following them through to completion
Help manage day-to-day business operations and keep multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders on track
Conduct research and analysis on markets, companies, competitors, potential partners and new business opportunities
Prepare presentations, documents, reports, meeting briefs and other business material
