Role Description The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources operations at UJUR’s on-site location in Bargarh. This internship role includes assisting with personnel records management, supporting recruitment activities, helping onboard new team members, and maintaining employee data and documentation.



The intern will help with drafting and updating HR policies, assisting in the administration of employee benefits, and supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating interviews and meetings, preparing HR reports, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This is an internship position designed to offer hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare tech environment.
