Role Description The Hostel Experience & Content Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day guest experience, including check-ins and check-outs, guest inquiries, feedback handling, and ensuring common areas are welcoming and well maintained.
The manager will design and coordinate events and community activities that foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for residents. In addition, the role involves planning and creating digital and print content, managing social media posts, updating website and listing descriptions, and capturing stories and visuals that reflect the hostel’s culture. The position requires close collaboration with operations, housekeeping, and marketing teams to align guest experience with brand messaging and ensure consistent communication across channels.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality or community management, with skills in guest relations, customer service, and on-site operations oversight.
Robust content creation abilities, including writing, editing, and basic storytelling for web, social media, and promotional materials.
Familiarity with digital marketing practices such as social media management, content scheduling, and basic analytics review.
