Role Description The Design Specialist is a full-time role based in Dehradun with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts and graphics for campaigns, social media content, website maintenance (WIX) and event coverage materials aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves creating layouts and designs using graphic design tools, relevant softwares and presentation tools for pitch decks, sets, key visuals,



or production environments. The Design Specialist will work closely with the creative and production teams to adapt designs for various formats, support storyboarding and pitch decks, and contribute to research on design trends.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital, social, and print media.
Ability to use Canva and other presentation tools. Comfortable with using AI tools to aid day to day work. Ability to use WIX.
Research skills to gather visual references, understand audience preferences, and stay updated on design trends.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and basic knowledge of motion or video graphics is an advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and comfort working in a fast-paced, creative setting.
