Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Content Manager who can own content end-to-end — from sharp scripting and creator briefing to coordinating with editors and delivering finished assets that drive measurable results. In this role, you will stay on top of everything within your portfolio, maintaining complete ownership of asset creation, delivery, and creative strategy. You should be equally comfortable crafting brand narratives and owning the performance impact of ad creatives through constant, data-led optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Content Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
Develop and execute a performance-focused content strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
Stay on top of everything within your creative portfolio, managing timelines, production schedules, and cross-functional deliverables.
Build clear content pillars for awareness, education, trust-building, and conversion while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Scripting & Asset Production
Lead scripting as a core competency — writing compelling, high-converting hooks, ad copy, and narrative angles rooted in deep brand understanding.
Manage end-to-end creative workflows: write scripts, brief creators/influencers, direct creative intent, and coordinate closely with video editors and designers to deliver polished, performance-ready assets.
Translate men’s hair health, product education, and customer transformation stories into engaging, platform-native formats.
3. Performance Creative & Creative Optimization
Own the performance impact of ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to continuously iterate and optimize winning creatives.
Run structured creative testing frameworks, constantly experimenting with current hooks, angles, messaging, and visual formats based on performance learnings.
