Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end EDT architecture for prioritized Concur, SAE/ADE, DDS, AppZen, and Workday data, aligned with Stryker’s established Azure Databricks and data-platform patterns.
Lead source assessment, architecture decisions, source-to-target mappings, curated-data design, security, orchestration, monitoring, and non-functional requirements.
Define reusable ingestion patterns for daily batch processing, schema evolution, restart and recovery, error handling, observability, and operational support.
Establish data-quality and reconciliation controls that provide traceability between source extracts, existing reporting logic, and target data products.
Convert the L1 program plan into an executable EDT backlog, prioritizing the sources and data objects required for SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
Partner with Concur, AppZen, Workday, EDT, security, PMO,



and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and prevent upstream changes from disrupting delivery.
Provide technical leadership and design guidance to the engineering team, review implementation quality, and make pragmatic scope decisions within fixed pod capacity.
Own technical readiness through SIT, UAT, production deployment, hypercare, documentation, and transition.
Must Have skills:
Hands-on, delivery-focused architect with experience leading data platform implementations from design through production support.
Robust problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Proven leadership working across business stakeholders, engineering teams, platform teams, and program leadership.
Deep expertise in Azure Data Platform (ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Azure Key Vault, Azure DevOps).
Advanced experience with Azure Databri
