This position will be an integral part of the dedicated sales force behind the growth of ADM's Flavours business across South Asia. The portfolio is predominantly from our Flavours range (sweet flavours, compounds, powder blends) in the Beverage space, with scope to cross sell bringing in other ingredients from the ADM Human Nutrition portoflio over time, including proteins, fibres and biotics. The role is the main driver for developing key accounts in the region: building relationships, opening new business, and staying close to market dynamics and the competition. We're looking for a dynamic salesperson ready to build a robust pipeline and grow with the business.
Your Responsibilities
Drive strategic growth of the Flavour business with key accounts across designated South Asia region and build a healthy pipeline of new opportunities by working closely with the regional P&L; leaders, Business Managers, Marketing and the Flavour Creation and Application teams.
Actively prospect and qualify new customers,
turning early conversations into a steady pool of live opportunities rather than one-off wins.
Manage the full sales cycle end to end, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to closing and delivering the topline.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers directly, understand their unmet needs, and stay ahead of where their business is heading.
Collaborate with R&D;, Marketing and Applications to co-create concepts, and present new ideas at customer innovation sessions alongside our CD&D;/ and Marketing teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, navigate complex situations, and flag early where you need support to keep business moving.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales forecast, keep Salesforce hygiene clean, and track your KPIs through Power BI.
Work closely with Customer Service to ensure accounts receivable are managed effectively and overdues stay under control.
