Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Surat with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees sales strategy and execution, drives revenue growth across key markets,



and leads business development initiatives in the solar inverter and energy storage segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and optimizing sales operations for efficiency and scalability. The Sales Director will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, and end customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service responsiveness. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, collaborating with marketing and technical teams on go-to-market plans, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
Demonstrated experience in Business Development, market expansion, and strategic partnership building.
