Mental Health Consultant Intern

Get Me Therapy | 6 Months Internship + Full-Time Opportunity
Stipend: ₹10,000/month + Performance Incentives (up to ₹50,000/month)

About the Role
This is a sales + people role.
You’ll speak with people who have already reached out to Get Me Therapy, understand what they’re going through, and help them start therapy by recommending the right program.
You are not cold calling. These are warm leads who want help.
Your job is to connect, guide, and close.
If you enjoy talking to people, want experience in a mental health startup, and want to build a strong sales skillset, this role will accelerate your growth.
Top performers will be offered a full-time role at the end of 6 months.

What You’ll Do
Speak with users who have shown interest in therapy
Understand their concerns with empathy and clarity
Explain how our therapy programs work
Help them choose and enroll in the right plan
Follow up professionally and close conversations
