Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh HQ & Gurugram HQ for an Area Manager / Territory Manager / Sales Executive. The role involves managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, maintaining regular contact with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities in the Chemical and Life Sciences segments.



The person in this role will conduct client visits, present product offerings, provide technical and commercial information, and negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policies. They will track sales performance, prepare reports, forecast demand, and collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, logistics, and product development to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, territory management, or business development, preferably in chemicals, life sciences, or related industrial sectors.
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and commercial stakeholders.
