Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual will identify and develop new business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end users, and expand market reach for Nolta India and the NIVA water technology brand. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts that align with company objectives. The role also involves collaborating with technical and product teams to understand solution capabilities, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The Business Development Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and support strategic planning to drive sustainable growth.
