Role Overview
We are a growing engineering agency, currently a team of 8 with 5 dedicated developers, including an IIT alumnus. We build scalable web platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise software for global and domestic clients, with immediate plans to scale our engineering headcount as new contracts close.
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Closer to spearhead our deal-closing process.
We supply a steady flow of targeted prospect data using our in-house lead scraping scripts, but we also expect you to bring a hunter mindset and run independent outreach. You will take ownership of the lead lifecycle, run discovery calls, and close contracts.
You never have to close alone on technical points; our engineering team will join your calls to handle complex technical scoping and architecture validation.
Tiered Commission Structure (Paid on Cash Collected)
Commissions are paid directly upon client milestone clearance:

Deals Under $2,000:
10% of total contract value (e.g., $150 payout on a $1,500 deal)
Deals $2,000 – $4,999: 15% of total contract value (e.g., $600 payout on a $4,000 deal)
Deals $5,000 and Above: 20% of total contract value (e.g., $2,000 payout on a $10,000 deal)
