Job Descriptions

• Handling P1/P2/P3 Tickets/requests from customers

• Participation in the implementation of developmental cross-module projects

• Implementation of solutions based on non-standard requirements with the participation of functional consultants

• Should have Techno functional Capabilities and have the experience in working on highly customized systems.

• Having hands on working experience on SD Variant Configuration.

• Must be able to lead a team of consultants and support them technically and take care of the deliverables without missing SLA's.

Requirements:

Primary responsibility is to support SD/VC module on day-to-day issues and change requests.

Flexibility to work in US Shifts.

Ø Hands on experience on Preparing Functional Specification documents.

Ø Hands on experience on Enhancements, Interfaces with the Third-party systems.

Ø Ability to work with clients to identify key business requirements, Analyze Estimation, design, development, Testing, Data Migration, Upgradation projects in SAP SD Process Area.



Liaise with WRICEF team to create Functional specifications that meet business requirements and solution development. Basic knowledge on Debugging.

Ø Working with Business users for testing and implementation of break fix issues and enhancements in the production system.

Ø SD Business Process - Understanding of Sales order Processing, Pricing concepts, Mile stone Billing, Revenue Recognition, Returns Process, Credit Management, Delivery Processing, Shipment Processing, Batch Management, Rebates and Agreements, Packing, Condition contracts Management, Third party sales process, STO( Stock Transport Order's), Inter Company sales processes, Output determination, BRF+, Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC, Account determination, Transfer of Requirements, Availability check and setting up Batch Jobs.

Ø Variant Configuration Expertise: Characteristics, classes, configuration profiles, Object dependencies (preconditions, selection conditions, constraints), Variant pricing, and super BOMs/routings.

Ø Knowledge in ABAP debugging. Preparing the Functional specification documents and able to identify the relevant tables and fields.

Ø Hands-on experience on cross-functional integration with MM, PP, FI/CO.

Ø Work closely with internal team and external partners to ensure new developments align with roadmap and integrate seamlessly with other platform components

Ø Support ongoing development for existing projects/applications and should be able to work independently and should

Ø Team player who can work both in teams and still be able to work independently, focus on efficiency and business value in all tasks being executed, and communicate productively with clients

Ø Should have hands-on working with the onsite-offshore team.

Ø Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and comfortable working with different countries across multiple time-zones.

Ø Versatile to work in US EST hours and based on customer requirement.

Ø well versed with support methodologies and AMS projects.
