Role Description The Volunteering Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai & NCR, responsible for coordinating and strengthening Nirmaan’s volunteer ecosystem.



This role involves planning and executing volunteer engagement initiatives, managing volunteer onboarding and orientation, and maintaining accurate records of volunteer activities and impact. The Volunteering Executive will liaise with program teams to understand their volunteer requirements, match volunteers to suitable projects, and support them throughout their engagement. The role includes organizing events, trainings, and outreach activities to attract and retain volunteers, as well as preparing regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders and partners. The Volunteering Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that volunteer efforts align with program goals and Nirmaan’s broader mission.
