Role Description The Architect and Creative Designer role at Grafico Lab is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The person in this role will develop visual concepts and design solutions for branding, social media campaigns, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing and sketching ideas, creating digital and print layouts, selecting typography and color palettes,



and refining designs based on feedback. The role also involves collaborating closely with clients and internal team members, managing multiple projects and timelines, and preparing final production-ready files. The Architect and Creative Designer will contribute to overall creative strategy, maintain a high aesthetic standard, and support the evolution of Grafico Lab’s design identity.
Qualifications
Strong visual design skills, including composition, typography, color theory, and layout for digital and print media.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar tools).
Experience in brand identity development, social media creatives, and marketing design for campaigns and content.
Ability to conceptualize and present creative ideas through sketches, mood boards, and design mockups.
