About the Role

At WAHE, we believe jewellery is not just something you wear.

It is something that becomes part of your style, your personality and your story.

We are looking for a Stylist who understands fashion, has a great sense of style and genuinely enjoys helping people look and feel their best.

Your role will be to understand our customers, their personal style, their occasion and what they are looking for, and then help them discover the right jewellery.

This is not a hard-selling role.

It is about listening, understanding, suggesting and styling.

What Will You Do?

• Welcome and engage with customers visiting the WAHE store

• Understand the customer’s personal style, preferences, occasion and requirements

• Suggest jewellery that complements their personality, outfit and overall look

• Help customers discover new styles and combinations they may not have considered





• Create complete jewellery looks for different occasions

• Help customers style rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and other pieces together

• Understand current fashion and jewellery trends and bring those insights into customer conversations

• Explain jewellery designs, materials and features in a simple and engaging way

• Build genuine relationships with customers rather than simply focusing on a sale

• Assist customers with customisation and design selections when required

• Follow up with customers and help them make confident purchase decisions

• Maintain a beautiful and welcoming store experience

• Work closely with the store and brand teams to continuously improve the customer experience
