About Kefilo
Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, fitness and lifestyle redesign.
We are building beyond a traditional food-delivery model, combining personalised nutrition, healthy food products, 90-day transformation programs, technology-enabled customer engagement and scalable food-production infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Kitchen Expert who can help Kefilo build a scalable, efficient and replicable cloud kitchen model capable of supporting high-volume food production while maintaining quality, consistency, nutrition and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimise the end-to-end cloud kitchen model for Kefilo, including kitchen layout, workflow, manpower, equipment and production systems.
Develop standardised kitchen processes for food preparation, cooking, portioning, packaging, storage and dispatch.
Build SOPs for kitchen operations to ensure consistency in taste, quality, hygiene, nutrition and output.
Develop systems for high-volume meal production with minimum wastage and maximum operational efficiency.
Optimise manpower planning, shift structures, productivity and responsibilities across kitchen operations.
Advise on kitchen equipment, cooking systems, storage, refrigeration, packaging and other infrastructure requirements.
Identify opportunities for semi-automation and automation across preparation, cooking, portioning, packaging, inventory and dispatch.
Develop systems for inventory management, procurement, ingredient utilisation, wastage control and cost optimisation.
Establish quality control, food safety, hygiene and operational compliance processes.
Work with Food Scientists, Nutritionists and R&D; tea
