Role Description The Junior Architect will support the project team in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design details for commercial and residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, as well as preparing 2D and 3D plans, elevations, and presentation materials.



The role involves collaborating with senior architects, consultants, and contractors, participating in site visits, and helping ensure that designs align with sustainability goals, building codes, and client requirements. This is a full time, on-site role based in Borivali, requiring consistent presence in the office for team coordination and project reviews. The Junior Architect will also contribute to project administration tasks, such as documentation, meeting minutes, and basic coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development, spatial planning, and detailed drawings.
Knowledge of software tools relevant to architectural practice (e.g., CAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Photoshop & other visualization tools) and basic understanding of Integration between design software and project workflows.
