Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Planning Engineer based in Trivandrum. The MEP Planning Engineer will develop and maintain project schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities, coordinating closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.



The role involves preparing resource and material plans, monitoring progress against baseline schedules, and updating reports and dashboards for project control and management review. The engineer will analyze project data to identify risks, delays, and performance issues, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track. Additional responsibilities include supporting cost and time optimization, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Planning and Production Planning skills to develop realistic schedules and resource plans for MEP works.
