About the Role
Soham Renewable Energy Pvt ltd / Miror Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to Chairman to support the Chairman in daily administrative operations. This role requires strong multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, internal and external meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Travel & Logistics Management:
Handle booking of air tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, and preparation of travel itineraries.
Meeting Coordination:
Plan, schedule, and organize meetings; prepare agendas, required documents, and minutes; ensure actionable follow-ups and timelines.
Office & Administrative Support:
Manage correspondence, emails, reports, presentation.
Review & Reporting:
Assist with review of accounts, financial statements, and business reports; compile and present summaries for decision-making.
Communication Management:




Act as a point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Task & Deadline Tracking:
Monitor ongoing tasks, commitments, and ensure timely completion of key action points.

Required Skills & Qualities

Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital communication platforms.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
