About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager based in India to help build and scale the operational foundation behind Mavence’s continued growth. This is not a traditional back-office operations role. You’ll work closely with company leadership and have visibility across the business, supporting client delivery, coordinating consultants and partners, helping manage recruiting and resource needs, improving internal processes, and ensuring that the operational side of the company runs effectively.

Responsibilities

Delivery Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, consultant allocation, priorities, and operational needs across client engagements to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
Vendor & Partner Management: Support the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of technology partners, consultants, subcontractors, and other external resources.
Customer Operations: Help manage the client-facing operational experience, including contracts, invoicing coordination, issue resolution, follow-up, and relationship continuity.
Recruiting & Resource Planning: Identify resource requirements, support candidate screening, coordinate hiring processes, and help ensure the right people are available for current and upco
