We’re hiring our first Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale our hiring engine from the ground up.

This is not a transactional recruiting role.

You’ll architect how Peoplebox hires, from strategy to systems to execution, working closely with founders to build a world-class team across Tech and GTM.

As the founding TA leader, you will directly shape our growth, hiring velocity, culture quality, and employer brand.

What You’ll Own

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
Partner with founders and leaders to define hiring roadmaps aligned with business goals
Translate growth plans into structured hiring strategies with clear outcomes

End-to-End Hiring Leadership
Own the entire hiring lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles
Build structured evaluation frameworks to improve signal and reduce bias




Drive data-backed decisions across sourcing, conversion, and offers

High-Impact Sourcing
Build strong inbound and outbound pipelines for critical roles
Leverage networks, referrals, events, and creative sourcing strategies
Turn Peoplebox into a magnet for top talent

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
Design a differentiated, high-trust candidate experience
Shape our employer narrative across channels
Represent Peoplebox in leadership hiring and external forums

Process & Systems
Build scalable hiring processes, metrics, and dashboards
Improve speed, predictability, and quality of hires
Evaluate and optimize ATS and recruiting stack

Stakeholder Management
Coach hiring managers on interviewing and assessment
Influence leadership on hiring decisions and trade-offs
Drive alignment on quality benchmarks across teams
