About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our dynamic team at EazyML. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining robust database solutions that support our applications and analytics platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our data infrastructure remains efficient, scalable, and reliable, enabling us to deliver innovative AI solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PostgreSQL, with a comprehensive understanding of SQL fundamentals applicable across various relational databases and modern data warehouses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance queries, troubleshoot database issues,



and implement best practices for database management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years of skilled experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale databases.
Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, including experience with query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
Working knowledge of SQL as applied to other RDBMSs and data warehouses such as MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
Strong understanding of query performance factors, including execution plans, index utilization, and optimizer behavior.
Proven ability to analyze, refactor, and optimize nested queries and subqueries for improved performance and maintainability.
Solid grasp of core database principles such as normalization, indexing (B-tree, composite, partial, covering indexes), locking mechanisms, transactions, and isolation levels.
