Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Executive with expertise in port and custom operations. The position is primarily based in Sewri, Mumbai, with regular in port operations at Mumbai and Nhava Sheva. Core responsibilities include email communication, port operations and customs permissions and operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, managing day-to-day operational activities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks.



The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical capabilities, and coordination with relevant teams to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Atleast 3 years of experience in the field as operations executive and experience in port and customs formalities anx operations.
Solid Operations and Operations Management skills for overseeing processes efficiently
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster collaboration
Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
Proficiency in managing customs procedures and port-related operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a work environment
Experience in the maritime logistics industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
