We’re hiring Growth Managers who love talking to people, building relationships, solving problems and, most importantly, making things happen.
What will you do?
As a Growth Manager, you will:
• Speak with customers and understand their funding requirements
• Manage opportunities across Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer & Top-up
• Help customers identify the right lending options
• Meet customers, CAs, referral partners and channel partners
• Build and manage your own business pipeline
• Coordinate cases from lead → documentation → login → sanction → disbursement
• Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Work with OneNDF’s technology, CRM and lender ecosystem to drive conversions
• Own your numbers and celebrate your wins
Already from Lending? Great.
If you have 2–6 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgages, Banking, NBFCs, HFCs or loan distribution, we’d love to hear from you.
But…
Never worked in lending? That shouldn’t stop you.
We can teach you lending.
We can teach you how to understand a credit profile.
We can teach you how banks evaluate borrowers.
We can teach you how to structure a loan case.
We can teach you how to take a case from an enquiry to disbursement.
What we can’t teach is hunger.
If you have the zeal to learn, enjoy meeting and speaking with people, are curious, ambitious and willing to take ownership — we want to meet you.
You don’t need to know everything on Day 1.
You need to be someone who wants to learn something new on Day 1, Day 10 and Day 100.
