About The Role

The NetDevOps Consultant at SISL Global will play a pivotal role in transforming our network infrastructure through automation, orchestration, and AI integration. This position is designed for a seasoned network engineer with a passion for DevOps practices, automation tools, and AI-driven network management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Network Infrastructure as Code (NetIaC), designing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing observability solutions to ensure network reliability, scalability,



and security across cloud, edge, and enterprise environments. This role aligns with a Contemporary Ops and AI-first operating model, focusing on proactive monitoring, self-healing networks, and continuous improvement through automation and AI technologies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network engineering, automation, and cloud technologies. Relevant experience includes working in NOC, NRE, or NetDevOps roles with a deep understanding of core networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and VRFs. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Git is essential. Experience with network orchestration platforms such as Itential and observability tools like SolarWinds, Grafana, and Elastic is highly desirable.
