About Us
Climeto Sustainable Services (CSS) is an environmental compliance consultancy
managing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for 200+ clients across
six waste streams—Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, Used Oil and End-of-Life Vehicles
(ELV). Our services include CPCB/SPCB registrations, statutory filings, annual returns
and end-to-end compliance management.

Role Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for an
assigned portfolio of corporate clients. Your responsibility is to build solid client
relationships, ensure proactive communication, coordinate with internal Operations
teams, and deliver a seamless compliance experience. The objective is simple: our
clients should never have to ask for an update.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and own an assigned portfolio of corporate clients.
• Build long-term relationships by maintaining regular and proactive




communication.
• Share regulatory updates, statutory deadlines, work progress and compliance
status with clients before they ask.
• Understand client requirements and clearly communicate the required data and
documents.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of information.
• Perform a first-level review of client submissions before forwarding them to the
Operations team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of client
queries and completion of assignments.
• Maintain client communication records, assignment trackers, MOMs and status
reports.
• Identify potential risks, delays or approaching statutory deadlines and escalate
them proactively.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention and service excellence.
