Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Recent Delhi. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities with high-end clients, luxury venues, and strategic partners, while nurturing existing relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals,



and negotiating contracts aligned with the company’s premium positioning. The role involves collaborating closely with the planning and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping of services, timely handover of confirmed projects, and consistent client communication. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, support brand visibility initiatives, and maintain detailed sales reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications

Business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales pipeline management.
