Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update stock/inventory sheets.
• Prepare and update product-wise cost sheets.
• Coordinate with production team
• Regularly follow up on production timelines and pending orders.
• Track fabric, trims, embroidery and finished goods.
• Assist with quality checks and alterations.
• Maintain production and order status trackers.
• Assist with purchase requirements and basic operational documentation.
• Support the team with day-to-day production and business operations.
Ideal Candidate
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Interest in fashion, production and brand operations.
• Comfortable working in a small, rapid-paced fashion brand.
