Role Description The Plant Head is responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations and ensuring that production targets are met safely, on time, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role is based in Tiruppur and involves managing daily production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing policies that support efficiency and quality. Key tasks include supervising production planning and scheduling, monitoring quality control processes, optimizing resource utilization,



and enforcing safety and compliance standards. The Plant Head will also lead and develop plant staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and cost optimization. Regular reporting on production performance, downtime, and operational issues is expected.
