As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect, you will join a Professional Services organization focused on helping partners deliver secure, scalable, and successful technology solutions to their customers. You’ll work directly with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to strengthen their technical capabilities and enable them to implement solutions independently. The role combines solution architecture, technical enablement, post-sales delivery, and strategic partner engagement. You’ll help develop scalable technical programs, guide complex implementations, and translate partner feedback into meaningful product improvements. Working across engineering, alliances, sales, and customer success, you’ll become a trusted technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle.

Accountabilities:
Lead technical enablement programs for partners, equipping their engineering and technical teams with the knowledge and capabilities required to successfully implement and drive adoption of container and software library solutions for their customers.
Partner closely with alliances and channel stakeholders, including Partner Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers, to understand partner capabilities, challenges, and go-to-market strategies and translate these insights into joint technical and commercial initiatives.
Develop and maintain scalable partner-facing technical resources, including integration guides, reference architectures, implementation documentation, and best practices, enabling partners to independently deliver high-quality solutions.
