You will work across frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, and data layers, contributing to complex systems designed for scale, reliability, and security. The position combines hands-on software development with architectural thinking, technical problem-solving, and close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams. You will develop critical product capabilities, scalable microservices, robust integrations, and resilient mobile experiences, including offline-first scenarios. Strong emphasis is placed on engineering quality, automated testing, secure data handling, and maintainable architecture. You will also contribute to technical mentorship and engineering practices while working autonomously from solution design through deployment.

Accountabilities:
Develop high-quality client and server-side software that is performant, scalable, secure, testable, maintainable, and aligned with established engineering standards.
Design and implement core platform functionality, including identity management, cross-system profile synchronization, conditional event state machines, and complex business logic.
Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, microservices architectures, and appropriate software design patterns.
Develop responsive and reliable web and mobile experiences using React and React Native, with the ability to work with native iOS or Android technologies where required.
Design high-performance client-side data persistence and synchronization mechanisms, supporting reliable local data access and offline operation in connectivity-constrained environments.
