This role offers an opportunity to lead enterprise-level business intelligence and analytics initiatives that support data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions across the organization. The position combines technical leadership with team management, BI strategy, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery. You will help establish robust reporting environments, develop high-quality dashboards, and build reliable data models that translate complex information into actionable insights. The role also involves promoting strong data governance, security, and best practices across analytics projects. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand priorities and turn them into effective analytics solutions.

Accountabilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise business intelligence and analytics projects.
Define and execute BI strategies aligned with organizational goals and business decision-making needs.
Manage and mentor a team of BI and analytics professionals, providing technical direction and supporting their development.
Oversee the development of Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data visualizations.
Design scalable and efficient data models using strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling principles.
Drive the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric across enterprise reporting initiatives.
Ensure analytics solutions follow appropriate data warehousing, ETL, governance, security, and quality standards.
