End-user/business-user profiles will not be considered. Strong experience in SAP SD, Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, and cross-functional integrations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD business processes.
- Handle Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle including quotations, orders, deliveries, billing, and returns.
- Work on pricing procedures, account determination,



credit management, and output management.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
- Collaborate with MM, FI, PP, WM, and other cross-functional teams.
- Resolve production issues and provide business process improvements.
