nThe SAP S/4HANA Basis Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, maintenance, performance optimization, security compliance, and lifecycle management of SAP landscapes across Development, Quality Assurance, Pre-Production, and Production environments. The role ensures high availability, system stability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with organizational, regulatory, and audit requirements.

n? SAP Basis & HANA Administration

n

n
- Provide technical support for SAP Basis and SAP HANA environments by independently resolving incidents, service requests, and change tickets.
n
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and landscapes.
n
- Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and patch implementations.
n
- Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) activities across development, quality, and production environments.
n
- Monitor SAP system health, availability, and performance.
n
- Ability to support mission critical support 24*7 for PROD workplace
n

n?️Incident & Problem Management

n

n
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and escalated SAP issues.
n
- Troubleshoot SAP application, database, operating system, and interface-related problems.
n
- Ensure timely ticket resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
n




- Minimize resolution rejections and case reopenings through effective issue management.
n

- Analyze system performance and implement optimization measures.
n
- Monitor SAP HANA database performance and perform tuning activities.

- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
n
- Ensure optimal utilization of system resources.

- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
n
- Deliver training sessions and technical guidance for new team members.
n
- Mentor junior analysts and support team capability development.
n
- Share best practices and lessons learned across the support organization.
