We’re now seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to lead our program at Bulleen Heights site. If you have a background in disability, education or children’s services, and thrive in leadership roles, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
About your recent role:
Have the chance to open a brand new service and lead the team in our Queensland service
Lead a team delivering high-quality daily support for children and young people with complex disability needs
Design and oversee inclusive programs aligned with participant NDIS goals
Manage daily operations with a focus on safety, service quality, and compliance
Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice
Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised care
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with NDIS and internal quality systems
Promote a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment where young people can thrive
What You’ll Bring:
Experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services
Confidence managing services for children with high and complex needs
Strong understanding of person-centred active support and inclusive practice
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector is ideal but not essential
