TCS is hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
Exp: 7+ years
Location: Pan India
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and propose suitable Oracle HCM solutions.
Participate in workshops, CRP sessions, testing, training, and deployment activities.
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Analyze and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM applications with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules:
Core HR
Global Human Resources
Talent Management
Absence Management
Compensation
Performance Management
Learning Management
Recruitment (ORC)
Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
Knowledge of HCM security, BPM workflows, approval hierarchies, and reporting.
Experience working with HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI is preferred.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced setting.
