1. Positive communication skills to speak with the corporate clients
2. Should have good knowledge of Air routing and Group PNRs
3. Must have handled MICE Ticketing/ Group Ticketing for large size of groups
4. Must have working experience of Amadeus and Galileo
5. Must do the tickets for Management/ staff travelling domestic/international
