KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manager (PM)

- Project Governance: Define the project framework, including communication plans, risk management strategies, and escalation paths.

- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain the detailed project plan (Gantt chart), ensuring all milestones are met on time.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the technical team and TI leadership/Finance stakeholders.

Monitor resource utilization and track project spend against the approved budget.

- Risk &

- Issue Management:

Proactively identify, document, and mitigate project risks and technical blockers.

- Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure all deliverables meet TI’s quality standards and project requirements before formal sign-off.

Deliverables The Project Manager is responsible for establishing the overall Project Plan &

- Governance Framework, maintaining ongoing Risk, Issue, and Change Logs, and delivering the Final Project Completion Report upon project closure. The Finance Functional Specialist leads the business design phase by delivering the Business Process Blueprint and drafting the Functional Specification Documents (FSD).



The ABAP Developer handles technical execution by translating business needs into Technical Specification Documents (TSD) and developing the Custom ABAP Code along with managing Transport Requests. Finally, both the Functional Specialist and ABAP Developer jointly collaborate on preparing Test Scripts and generating Test Results to validate solution performance prior to deployment.

- Reporting Cadence:

- Daily Stand-ups: Technical/Functional team to discuss immediate tasks/blockers.

- Weekly Status Reports: Project Manager to provide TI stakeholders with progress updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.

- Steering Committee Meetings: Monthly high-level review of project health and strategic alignment.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
