SAP OTC • Understand business requirement • Develop high level design and functional specification documentation • Configure in SAP as per project/change requirements • Work with developers to develop technical specifications and fulfill the requirements • Responsible for unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, implementation and support of enhancement and migration projects • Support Business team for UAT • Lead and support daily automated parts order processes across multiple interfaces • Coordinate with external teams as needed to ensure no impact to everyday business processes • Coordinate and support any related interface migration and upgrade projects • Actively involved in SAP related upgrade projects such as Kernel upgrades and CPS and RISE migration • Responsible for daily production support activities as needed by Business • Monitor and ensure the successful creation of proposed orders and deliveries within SAP system and validate successful transfer to third party WHM system via custom developed SAP ALE/EDI IDOCs on daily basis and support with any related productions issues • Lead and resolve P1 issues that have high revenue impact • Design and assist in developing custom notifications and alerts for critical DIMS/StockPro pls reach out
