nPosition Overview: The OCM and Training position will focus on leading the people-side of an S/4HANA transition to ensure successful user adoption and business transformation.
nKey Responsibilities:
nOCM strategy: Develop and execute the end-to-end organizational change management strategy for the S/4HANA implementation.
nChange impact and readiness: Conduct stakeholder analysis, business process impact assessments, and readiness evaluations to understand and prepare the organization for change.
nCommunication: Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans and materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
nTraining: Develop and execute training strategies and frameworks to enable end-users for the new system and processes.
nStakeholder engagement: Partner with business leaders and users to build support, address resistance, and foster adoption throughout the transition.
nCollaboration: Work closely with project managers,
functional consultants, and technical teams to align change activities with the overall project plan.
nMetrics and reporting: Track and report on OCM activities, success metrics, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
nSkills and Qualifications
nProven OCM experience on SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with multiple implementations.
nStrong Expertise in impact analysis, stakeholder management, and communication.
nExperience designing and delivering end-user training programs.
nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
nExperience in quick-paced, multi-regional experience is preferred
nExperience in Chemical industry is a big plus
nExcellent documentation and presentation skills is required
