Job Description Freelance Video Editor

nWe are looking for a Freelance Video Editor to work with our team on content for our brands Unstumbled and Unsobered .
n
nThe role will involve editing content across Instagram and YouTube , primarily focused on food, travel, alcohol, lifestyle and infotainment.
n
n Key Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.n
- Edit long-form content for YouTube.n
- Create engaging edits with strong pacing, storytelling and visual appeal.n
- Add transitions, text, graphics, sound effects and music as required.n
- Adapt content to different social media formats and platforms.n
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand the brief and deliver edits within timelines.n
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.n
- Stay updated with current social media video trends and editing styles.n

n Requirements:
n
- n




- Prior experience in video editing, preferably for digital/social media content.n
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing and composition.n
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.n
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube formats.n
- Ability to work independently and deliver within agreed timelines.n
- A solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant work.n
