Accountabilities
Develop, configure, customize,



and maintain IntelliMatch solutions according to client requirements and reconciliation needs.
Configure key system components, including users, accounts, and automated matching rules.
Analyze business and technical requirements and implement solutions that simplify, streamline, and automate reconciliation processes.
Provide ongoing application support, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance improvements.
Deploy and manage static data configurations across development, testing, and production environments.
Perform data analysis and investigate reconciliation-related issues to identify appropriate solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, clarify priorities, and align on technical solutions.
Create, maintain, and update accurate technical and system documentation.
