Role Description This full-time Events Business Development Executive role is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and developing proposals and pitches tailored to client event requirements.



The Executive will collaborate closely with the events and creative teams to align client expectations with feasible concepts, budgets, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, attending client meetings, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team. The role also requires market research, tracking industry trends, and representing LIVXS at networking events to strengthen the company’s brand and partnerships.
