About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP MM Lead Consultant to lead the Materials Management workstream across SAP transformation initiatives. In this role, you will own the design, configuration, and delivery of Procurement and Inventory Management solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and provide functional leadership to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead SAP MM workstream across the entire project lifecycle, including:

- Requirement gathering
- Fit-Gap Analysis & Blueprinting
- Configuration & Development Coordination
- Testing, Cutover & Go-Live
- Hypercare Support

✔ Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design and implementation. ✔ Configure SAP MM components:

- Material Master
- Business Partner/Vendor Master
- Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
- RFQs & Contracts
- Scheduling Agreements
- Release Strategies
- Pricing Procedures
- Account Determination

✔ Manage integration across:
- SAP FI
- SAP SD
- SAP PP
- SAP WM/EWM

✔ Lead business workshops, process design discussions, and stakeholder engagements. ✔ Oversee MM data migration activities using LTMC, LSMW, and SAP Migration Cockpit.

✔ Drive testing activities,



defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.

✔ Mentor and lead SAP MM functional consultants and analysts.

Required Qualifications

✅ 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong focus on SAP MM

✅ Proven experience leading SAP MM workstreams on transformation projects

✅ 1-5 End-to-End SAP Implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield/Rollout)

✅ Deep expertise in:

- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Invoice Verification
- Master Data Governance
- P2P Processes

✅ Robust MM-FI integration knowledge ✅ Experience creating Functional Specifications and working with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Preferred Skills

⭐ SAP S/4HANA Implementation Experience

⭐ Knowledge of:

- SAP Business Partner
- MM-related Fiori Apps
- Simplified MM-IM Data Model

⭐ SAP Activate Methodology ⭐ SAP Ariba / Central Procurement / Source-to-Pay Solutions

⭐ Experience in Global Rollouts

⭐ SAP MM or S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Certification

⭐ RISE with SAP S/4HANA Certification
